What a wonderful day it was. Melanie had such a wonderful time with her friends. She loved her Kai-lan cake and lady bug cupcakes and cookies (I stayed up until 2 am decorating those cookies – but she is worth it!) The bounce house was a hit – she jumped all day long and was sad when it had to go. She jumped so much that she wore blisters on the bottoms of her big toes! Poor thing. It was the hottest day of the year so far. 100 degrees! But thankfully our big shady walnut tree kept everyone a bit cooler. I hope you enjoy the photos!
