“Are they ready yet?” she asks. “Mommy, are the tomatoes red yet so I can eat them?” Melanie asks me every day if the tomatoes we planted in those funky hanging baskets are ready yet. She loves tomatoes and is watching the 4 we have on the plants right now like a hawk! Should only be a few more weeks before the grape tomatoes are ready.
