5 more minutes

This morning, at 5:30 I went in to wake Melanie up so Jason could drop her at Grandma's on his way to work. So, I picked her up and carried her into the living room hoping to cuddle her awake for a few minutes, but she was wiggly and didn't want to be cuddled, she wanted to go back to sleep. So, up from my lap she jumped and back into our bed she went. (she is still coming into our room a few times a week in the middle of the night) I was desperate for some cuddling so I cuddled up next to her and was talking to her about getting up and going to RaRa's and then off to school for swim day, and she rolled over and opened her precious green eyes and said "5 more minutes, Mommy, just 5 more minutes!!!" Wow, she is just like me! I always tell Jason just 5 more minutes when it is time to get up!!
